We do not use AI in our product listings!

8. Personalized/Custom Items

We love making custom magnets! A proof of your magnets will be sent for approval prior to being made and shipped.

Please double-check all customization details (spelling, sizing, colors, etc.) before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for errors in buyer-submitted information.

Custom magnets are not eligible for returns. Please reach out if there is a questions or concern.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hoffer Magnets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item(s) in question.
