Processing Time

Orders are handpicked and packed within 5-7 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Every item is carefully packaged in bubble mailers to help protect it in transit.

Please note: shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen once a package leaves our hands, and unfortunately we're not able to control USPS transit times.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — I'm not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, I'll reach out to arrange reshipment, and additional postage may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can make it right as best I can. For packages that appear lost in transit, please reach out and I'll help track it down — in some cases a claim with USPS may be needed.
